Explore Peak District on foot
Twenty manageable walks provide a superb introduction to the Peak District, ranging from limestone dales and traditional villages to Chatsworth, reservoirs, moorland edges and the higher country of the Dark Peak.
Routes include Tissington, Hartington, Chatsworth Woods and Park, Baslow, Ashford in the Water, Monsal Head, Longshaw, Ladybower and the Goyt Valley. The collection balances famous Peak District landmarks with quieter paths and gives walkers a choice of landscapes without requiring long or technically demanding days on the hills.
Each walk provides clear route directions together with mapping, photographs and practical information to help plan the outing.
